The character of the trailer
1) R&D method: advanced design methods like Solid words and AutoCAD systems are adopted, which help to allocate track, make distance between pin and axle is reasonable, guarantee right distribution of loading duty, and enable reliable quality. Our order-oriented design and production meet our clients' needs greatly
2) Surface spraying: through fine working processes including pretreatment, entire vehicle shot blasting, priming treatment and surface coating with name brand paint, the outlook and anti-erosion ability can be guaranteed
3) Body structure: main steel structure adopts 16Mn lowly alloyed steel, with 1.5 times yield strength of plain steel, produced by powerful steel manufacturers of China. Main beams are optimized in design, with best loading capability
4) Cutting: uses advanced decoiler and evener, hydraulic cutter, and plasma CNC cutter to guarantee quality
5) The use of carbon-dioxide arc welder guarantees welding intensity and outlook
6) Main beam welding: uses the imported Carlig arc-submerged welder to guarantee loading capacity and anti-impulse ability of the entire vehicle

This product is equipped with special components. It is available for both day and night working. Main components: FUWA axle (Chinese brand) or BPW axle (German brand) or other famous Chinese or international brands, Fuwa landing gear (Chinese brand) or JOST landing gear (American brand), JOST kingpin, WABCO valve (German brand), WABCO ABS system (optional component), other parts are famous brands imported from Germany, US or UK.
